COMSTAR, spol. s.r.o. has been providing business representation for the company since 1991. SOLENIS LLC (formerly ASHLAND) for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Solenis Switzerland GmbH, Specialty Chemicals, is one of the divisions of SOLENIS LLC, U.S.A., headquartered in Switzerland. SOLENIS is a major supplier of specialty products and services for industrial and energy, wastewater and municipal water additivation, process water additivation in food and beverage applications, as well as in paper and pulp, paint and latex, adhesive components and mining applications.

Professional consulting activities

we provide professional technical consulting and services mainly for industrial and construction companies. For selected projects, we also provide credit bank and non-bank financing. In industrial consulting, activities are mainly related to the optimization of technical conditions and commercial contractual relations in large-scale investment projects, assessment of development plans and application of legal standards. We focus on the review and consultation of project documentation and the preparation of tenders, with an emphasis on taking into account the economic aspects of delivery based on implementation experience. In the area of financial consulting, we mainly provide independent mediation of business loans to finance industrial projects.

Due diligence

We conduct financial and business due diligence (often collectively referred to as due diligence) for our clients, which focuses on uncovering information for potential investors in target companies or projects in the industrial, energy and construction sectors. The output is an accurate assessment of the risks and benefits of the proposed transaction or project.
